By submitting, you represent and warrant that:
- The work is your own original creation, or you hold all rights necessary to submit and (if accepted) publish it.
- It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right of a third party.
- It is your own original human writing. AI tools may be used to assist with editing or feedback, but the work must not be primarily created by an artificial-intelligence tool. Submitting substantially AI-generated work as your own is a breach of these clauses and grounds for rejection or removal.
- Any third-party material (quotations, lyrics, images, etc.) is used with permission, properly licensed, or a lawful fair use, and is attributed.
- You have not granted rights in the work to a third party that would conflict with publishing it through the publisher, and your book is not currently available for purchase via Amazon or any other platform.
These conditions, together with our content standards and moderation policies, are described in full in the terms of service. the publisher will decline submissions that breach them.
Your manuscript is stored privately and only read by our editorial team plus our AI summariser (Claude). It is never sold, shared, or used for AI training.
